Scottish food for Scottish Children from Scottish Farmers

When we first heard of Food for Life Scotland and what the programme was trying to achieve for catering, we were genuinely excited. Right now, in this country, the biggest challenges we face are connected to food. Challenges such as obesity, ill health and mental wellbeing. Much of the food we eat, especially when out and about, is of dubious quality and provenance.

When we got the chance to supply our organic, pure bred Aberdeen Angus beef into a small number of schools in Fife, we jumped in with both feet and look forward to a future where catering, even in the public sector, places quality, sustainability and provenance at its heart.
