Growing, Cooking, & Eating with Strathclyde Uni Student Teachers

Kirsten and Sammi from the Food for Life Scotland education team, Lois from Focus on Food, and Sara from the Royal Highland Education Trust worked in partnership to provide a 'Grow, Cook, Eat' workshop for student teachers at Strathclyde University in October.  The student teachers are currently taking a module in Learning for Sustainability, and we were invited to illustrate the connections between sustainability and food through practical workshops.

We look forward to hearing from the group about how they use their growing, cooking, and eating knowledge with their school communities!
