Beef casserole

Ingredients

  • 500g Onions
  • 25g Beef bouillon
  • 60g Gravy granules
  • 60g Cornflour
  • 1.5L Water
  • 1kg Farm assured beef (diced)
  • 200g Chopped Carrots
  • 200g Chopped Turnip                       
  • 200g Chopped Parsnip

Method

1. Brown the diced beef and onions.

2. Add the stock and simmer for 1½  hours.

3. Add the vegetables, cook for a further ½ hour until tender and thicken as required.

 

Tips and Variations

  • You can use whatever vegetables you have to hand in this recipe.
