Makes 20 portions
- 500g Onions
- 25g Beef bouillon
- 60g Gravy granules
- 60g Cornflour
- 1.5L Water
- 1kg Farm assured beef (diced)
- 200g Chopped Carrots
- 200g Chopped Turnip
- 200g Chopped Parsnip
1. Brown the diced beef and onions.
2. Add the stock and simmer for 1½ hours.
3. Add the vegetables, cook for a further ½ hour until tender and thicken as required.
